New Mexico is a land for artists. A place where people go to take shelter of the storm of industrial, the gales of modernity, and business typhoons. It’s a place where the pace of life slows down and people can reflect on anything over which their restless minds meander. A place to collect and reform yourself for your next adventure.
I invite all of you reading this to take a moment every day to simply look out to the horizon and take in that view for one minute. And during that minute do not check your watch, do not look at your mobile phone, do not stray your eyes to any nearby distractions. Simply stare into your horizon (wherever you are on Earth) and let that view seep into your mind, your body, your soul, and think about who you are at that moment in time.
If that invitation is appealing to you then perhaps you deserve a vacation to a particular painted desert where the land still speaks with its people.
